The Company's primary destinations include the US and Europe with growing sales to the South Pacific, Asia, Africa and Central and South America. The Company markets its products to vacation and business travel consumers primarily through travel agencies. The Company has developed a number of innovative programs and services that help support and reward its travel agent customers while building customer loyalty. Fun Sun has been recognized as one of "Canada's 50 Best Managed Companies" every year since 2002 and, on numerous occasions, Intair has won the "Consolidator of the Year" award in Quebec and the "Agents' Choice Award" in Canada. |

| Services: | As a FIT tour operator, the Company advertises and promotes travel components (air, hotel, transfers, car rentals, cruises and attraction tickets) that can be customized by consumers into holiday packages with flexible departure dates and variable lengths of stay. As an air consolidator, the Company negotiates special fare arrangements with various airlines and sells seats through travel agents on an individual basis. In contrast to most of its major competitors, which are tied to charter airlines, the Company makes exclusive use of scheduled air carriers. |
