VPL Enterprises Limited ("VPL") was formed through the combination of Vanguard Plastics and Primex Manufacturing; their operations were combined August 1, 2008. VPL is well positioned as a plastics injection molder with a diversified customer base and broad capabilities in design, engineering and mold fabrication.

Established in 1971, Vanguard began operations as a tool making shop and a customer injection molder of plastic products.  Over time, Vanguard has grown and developed a number of patented in house products while continuing to design and produce window and customer made products. 

Founded in 1974, Primex is a plastic injection molder serving the telecommunications and home building products industries.
