Fraser River Pile & Dredge Investment Announcement

TriWest Capital Partners of Calgary, Alberta (“TriWest”) is pleased to announce that it has invested in Fraser River Pile & Dredge (“FRPD”). The investment was made in partnership with FRPD’s senior management team and the existing Principals, who have retained a significant ownership stake. FRPD is the second investment for TriWest Capital Partners III, L.P..
