TriWest Capital Partners announces its investment in the Driving Force Inc.

TriWest Capital Partners of Calgary, Alberta (“TriWest”) is pleased to announce that it has invested in The Driving Force Inc. and its related entities (“The Driving Force” or “the Company”). The investment was made in partnership with The Driving Force’s existing Principal, who retained significant ownership in the business, along with the Company’s senior management team. The Driving Force is the fifth investment for TriWest Capital Partners III, L.P..

The Driving Force is an integrated vehicle rental, leasing and sales organization headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta.
